Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped from our warehouse.
2. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through the website.
3. If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, please contact our support team with your order number and cancellation request.
4. If the cancellation request is accepted before dispatch, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return or exchange is available only for selected products. The eligibility for return/exchange will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.
2. The return policy for specific products may be updated or modified without prior notice depending on product category, hygiene considerations, or product nature.
3. In case pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.
4. Return or exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for the return and the product category.
5. All return or exchange requests must be raised within the return period mentioned on the product page. Requests received after the allowed period will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• The product received has a quality issue.
• The order contains a missing item.
• The product received is incorrect or damaged in a combo order.
• There is a significant mismatch in size, color, or design compared to what was ordered.

However, please note:

Many of our products are natural, handcrafted, or made using natural crystals and materials. Slight variations in color, shape, texture, pattern, or appearance are natural and expected. No two natural crystals or handmade products are identical. These natural variations do not qualify as defects and are not considered valid reasons for return or exchange.

Process:

1. Once the return request is approved, the product will be scheduled for pickup or self-shipping.
2. After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
3. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the purchase.
4. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
• Items returned without original packaging or tags will not be accepted.
• Customized, personalized, or specially created products cannot be returned or exchanged.
